Challenges are inevitable in life, and everyone faces them, whether in their personal or professional lives. What differentiates the winners from the losers is how they handle these challenges. According to Julio Cesar Fuentes, the secret to overcoming big challenges and becoming successful lies in a person's mentality and level of discipline.

Julio spent many hours preparing to compete in the 2008 Beijing Olympics but was turned back at the last minute. Now, years later, as the owner of a swimming school, Julio felt the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic last year as his clients canceled their swimming lessons. So how did he navigate around those challenges?

In this episode of The Fit Growth Machine Podcast, Brian Roisentul is joined by Julio Cesar Fuentes, the Owner of Acuaman Swimming, to discuss the importance of having a positive mindset and being disciplined. Julio shares the challenges he faced with the 2008 Beijing Olympics, how he joined and won the Swim Around the Rock competition, and how he currently helps others live better lives.
